Cancellation Policy

Effective: September 20, 2024 At Superior Ove Forever, LLC, we respect your time and ours. In order to provide the best service to all clients, we've established the following policies regarding cancellations, lateness, no-shows, rescheduling, and refunds. 1. Cancellations 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the total service booked. Repeat Offenders: Clients with more than two late cancellations may be required to prepay for future appointments. 2. Late Arrivals Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. Over 15 Minutes Late: May be considered a no-show and subject to the applicable fee. 3. No-Shows First Offense: One-time courtesy. Second Offense: Charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, and future bookings will require prepayment. Third Offense: We reserve the right to decline further bookings. 4. Rescheduling 48-Hour Window: You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Within 24 Hours: Treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same fee. Emergency Consideration: We may waive fees at our discretion in documented emergency cases. 5. Prepaid & Package Appointments Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be deducted from your package. No refunds will be given for unused sessions. 6. Refund Policy No Refunds After Program Start: Once a program has begun, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including early withdrawal or missed sessions.
