Cancellation Policy
Superior Love Forever, LLC Cancellation, Rescheduling & Contact Policy At Superior Love Forever, LLC, we honor your time and commitment — and we ask the same in return. To maintain fairness, respect, and accountability for all clients, the following policy applies to every scheduled session or consultation. 1. 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled Appointment notice can be given by phone or text to 919-626-2869. 2. Missed Appointment Fee Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed without 24-hour notice will incur a $75 fee. This fee must be paid prior to booking any future session. 3. Confirmation Required All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be acknowledged and confirmed by Superior Love Forever. Messages left without confirmation do not constitute valid notice. 4. Emergencies Exceptions are made only for verified emergencies, at the discretion of Superior Love Forever management. Acknowledgment I, the undersigned, have read, understood, and agree to the above policy as set forth by Superior Love Forever, LLC.
